Information about accommodation

In the guesthouse, there is no reception, it is a self-service accommodation. Payment and check-in take place online, before arrival.

In the reservation confirmation, you will find a PIN to log in to the My Alfred application, where the entire reservation is managed. The application can be opened in any web browser at the address https://app.myalfred.cz.

Here you will complete online check-in and online payment if you have booked through other booking portals. After completing these steps, the application will display the room number and entry code. It is valid from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure and is valid not only for the room itself but also for the main entrance.

At the end of your stay, it is also necessary to perform online check-out in the application.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

Personalised stays:

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge no later than 2 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation 1 day before arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation price.

If the reservation is shortened upon arrival or during the stay, the original reservation price will be charged.

Group stays for 3 or more rooms and for stays during holidays:

The stay must be paid for no later than 31 days before arrival, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled and the landlord has the right to occupy the date with other guests.

Cancellation 30 – 15 days before arrival – the client pays 50% of the total agreed budget amount.

Cancellation 14 – 8 days before arrival – the client pays 70% of the total agreed budget amount.

Cancellation 7 – 0 days before arrival – the client pays 100% of the total agreed budget amount.

Valid for all bookings:

No changes to the reservation are possible on the day of arrival or during the reservation. In case of a shortened reservation, acceptance after the agreed date, or during the stay, the guest will pay the original reservation price.
